Join this Mindfulness for Busy Moms course as we navigate six weeks of practices to help hold you steady:


  • Week #1:  What is Mindfulness, How does it Work, and Why it’s essential
  • Week #2:  Self-Compassion – How to Build It
  • Week #3:  Mindfulness and Parenting
  • Week #4:  Overcoming Overwhelm – See it Coming and Mitigate It
  • Week #5:  Find Meaning in Everyday Life
  • Week #6:  Recap: Incorporating these tools daily


When: Classes are every Wednesday evening, starting Feb. 13, 2019 from 7:00pm-8:30pm. No class Wednesday, March 13, 2019 (spring break).

Where: The Haven, 1113 Hampshire Lane, Suite 3, Richardson, TX, 75080
Cost: $120-includes handouts provided at each class. If you can’t make every class, conference calls may be scheduled.
